Objectives: The aim of the poster is to present state of art in the Network “Professionalization of LLL and the infrastructure of LLL”. This network is a part of the ASEM Education and Research Hub for Lifelong learning.

Description: The task of the network is to build up a community of experts and institutions interested in the topic, to support cooperation between them and to prepare research and development projects across Asia and Europe. The activities of the network are focused on questions:

• How the experts/professionals working in the field of LLL/Adult education are educated and trained in different countries?

• What are the needs of LLL/Adult education experts?

• What are obstacles, barriers in LLL experts’ professional development?

• What competencies LLL/Adult education experts need?

• What examples of good practice we may share? Etc.

Network Professionalization of Lifelong Learning is seeking for partners for new projects and activities.
