Poster Session B: Projects and initiatives in the field of professional development of adult and continuing education staff

The conference programme includes a poster session on the second day (4th May) where good practice examples – national and international projects and initiatives in in the field of professional development of adult and continuing education staff will be presented. The session will provide a good opportunity to present current initiatives in an informal and interactive setting which encourages discussions, and to learn more about innovative approaches in other countries.

Topics of interest

The posters are meant to provide information about projects and initiatives relating to the professional preparation and updating of staff working in adult and continuing education. The focus is not only on teachers but on all kinds of professional activity in this sector: management, leadership, counselling, organisational and technical support etc. Posters presenting both work in progress and well-established good practice are welcome.
